Making Fritatas

I am doing well on my diet - eating fresh homemade food and feeling so much better.  Regardless of the weight loss, it is worth it for the improvement in digestion.  

I make mini fritatas to take to work in the morning.  They are stuffed with veggies - like these mushrooms!  Filling and yummy!

Ran with my friend tonight - finally the snow is off the road enough for us to run safely.  We did very well but are thinking we might swap out a faster shorter run once per week.  We'll see.

Other big news is that I am arranging to go to the Women's march in Washington.  My daughter wanted to go and how can you say no?  I have some friends going up so we are driving with them.  I'll let you know how it goes.
