Mary Gunn's Hoose

I had to lock the sheep in the shed last night as the wind was forecast to go into the north.  The door to the Sheeps Hoose faces north and likely the wind may have removed it.  So after closing the door I gave them a few nuts and a Rich Tea biscuit each.  As I was about to put the light out I glanced through and saw Bella putting on her PJs and Spot was boiling the kettle for their hot water bottles.  Spot was wearing her new T shirt with the slogan ‘Anthropomorphism is so Naff’.

This morning we walked up to the Kirk Cafe but the weather had kept folk indoors.  As we entered it was a quick Hello and Goodbye to the Rev P, and the Mrs Rev P.  The Rev P had previously confirmed that he won’t be getting inveigled with this year’s Burn’s Supper in Rendall.

This pic is Mary Gunn’s Hoose - the aptly named ‘Sunnivue’.

If the roads remain clear this evening we will be attending our class for the ‘One o’clock Cannon’.

CMC says I deserve a treat so she is making some cheese straws - pure dedication as she doesn’t like cheese.  She cooked a show-stopper of a fish pie last night.
