More decisions!

Having chosen materials for our bedroom and lounge the dining room had taken more consideration. This is the winner we think, the silver thread will be a common theme. Just need a final decision on full length curtains over the radiator in our bedroom or whether to go for shorter ones which don't. Whilst aesthetically I can see the argument for full length ones from a practical view point I'm worried that they'll stop the heat coming into the room. Do any of my fellow blippers have experience of this? It's a new build house if that helps at all.
