We thought this day might never come!

The last payment on on our mortgage endowment was made a week or so back - and this logo begins the letter explaining the last few steps.

Thankfully - we paid off the mortgage a while ago,  so the kitchen refurbishment can now go ahead,  and the garden room extension and the new guttering and the roof repairs and, and, and ......
