Something's up

Mr M and I visited my parents today. It snowed almost all afternoon, although there wasn't much accumulation. As we were loading Riley up and preparing to leave we noticed this activity across the street. We left from a different exit so we weren't able to determine what happened, but it couldn't have been good.
