Preserved lemons

Scoured Tonbridge for preserved lemons to make a Nigella recipe. Eventually found them, after asking in Waitrose. They are in World Cuisine, not in pickles, or bottled fruit or delicatessen where I had looked. And to make matters worse the chicken dish was quite bland. Can hardly taste the lemons. Will not bother to make it again. Average photo, average dish. 
Still have six preserved lemons left- any recommendations as what to do with them?
