The Olde Boote Inn

The Olde Boote Inn is one of the two pubs in the village. You might notice a stone at the corner of the building which is where Dick Whittington set off for London with his cat (according to tradition). The castle is across the road so handy for pub goers to look around.

I had a late night after yesterday's wassailing and combined with a grey miserable day meant just a walk round the village to get a blip.
