Lymm Runners @ Helsby Half Marathon

I wonder who the idiot is in the flat cap?
A tough damp race, though slightly faster than the macclesfield half, I was plagued with cramp over the last 2 miles.
Chuffed to finish with a great bunch of people, we all did well.
(I can't take the credit for taking the photo - I didn't want to get my waterproof camera wet)
