Waterpipe, Shisha, Hookah....probably the original vape. They are quite popular in many Lebanese restaurants in Leicester. They even have Shisha gardens in the same way we have a beer garden...
Probably more health risks smoking one of these than 20 Marlborough...

Edit...apparently one hour spent smoking Shisha is the equivalent of 100/200 normal fags
