Lichen

Glad you all liked yesterday's pic!
Got some clearing up in the garden done today and found this stick covered in lichens.
Started some dressmaking and went running in the dark with the running club - very slippery mud in places, could understand why there used to be a brickworks nearby.
As we were late in I was glad I'd put a stew in the slow cooker this morning.
