It's Been Cold

And it's been almost a week since the snow hit Portland. Many roads, well, most roads, are still covered in snow or some form of solidified mucky ice. Temps have barely been above freezing.

And...with all that snow about, still...a freezing rain storm is in line for the next day, followed by lots of real normal rain. Flooding has been predicted because where will the water go.
