The Lowly Dianthus

A hectic day cleaning out the garage has left little time for blipping. The weather forecasters seem to have got it wrong again with pleasant weather which made defrosting the freezer a doddle.

Got into the garden late in the day and wanted to keep working on improving my stacking skills. This is worth viewing large, particularly the stamen and stigma.

I did buy Helicon Focus and believe it is far superior to Photoshop's functionality. It just needs so much time to get my head round the tools available and skills needed to improve. I must start trying some images of insects.

Better still, I disturbed a gigantic spider when I was brushing the floor in the garage.
