This is not just any squash, this is a B&Q squash  ;-)

At the Climbing Unit I did well, and I did not so well, as well...
What I mean is that the greys, all of which I can usually climb fine, seemed to be divided into those that were almost too easy for the grade and those that I found quite impossible.  Whereas the reds, although I didn't do all of them by any means, seemed to be quite reasonable.  The yellow/black 'bees' were, as usual, very stair-casey but good for warming up and well, just ploughing on with!  I expect it's partly the route setting and partly me.

Still to come, the first yoga-pilates fusion class of the year and then an hour in the pub.
