A Very Big Present!!

A house down the road sold recently and the owners have moved out.  The new owners must be moving in today.

Either this is a new gimmick by the Estate Agents or it is a surprise present for somebody.

There have been four houses sold in our street, and two in the street behind us in the last couple of months.  They've all sold really quickly and for good prices.  We must be living in a popular area.
