Drygate

I'm working at Collabar8te in Glasgow today with Matt and Tracey. The big ticket item is a meeting with Scottish Enterprise about our grant application. It doesn't sound as hopeless as our first reading of the initial assessment led us to believe.

Back to the Merchant City via Woodlands and onto the Drygate for a joint 'event' from Entrepreneurial Scotland and Creative Entrepreneur. Or was it the Office of Entrepreneurial Creatives. All very Monty Python. Still they gave us a free pint of beer, which was very good (red rye IPA).

Megan came along after her air corps fitness training on Glasgow Green, so I absconded. We ate and drank in the bar downstairs and then waffled until after 9, because she didn't want to get to the mountaineering pub night early. All very pleasant.

The trains run every half hour well into the evening, and the drive from Carluke, though dark (obviously) was devoid of adverse weather, unexpected road debris or nocturnal diversions. Hot chocolate & bed for me.
