Redundant Technology?

I don't recall ever seeing anyone use this telephone kiosk,  and on a grey drizzly day it looks quite unloved and forlorn.  At least it does not appear to have suffered any vandalism.  

I was determined to get at least one daylight blip in this week and this is the best I could do in the time available!
