WildWednesday42: Playing With the Wildlife

This is the larval stage or caterpillar of the Spanish Moth. (thanks to dbifulco for help me to ID this cat) It's commonly called the 'Convict Caterpillar' because of it's striking black&white stripes. I'm certain that's it's called less nice names because it enjoys dining on Amaryllis and other lilies. Bad Caterpillar Bad! It is a rather beautiful nice looking moth. Look HERE to admire the Spanish Moth.
