Emergency tulip

An emergency blip I am afraid. I missed the stunning morning sky trying not to get taken out by other cyclists on the cycle highway and sadly the most interesting person on the train sat next to me (and I don't mean TrackerTim!).

An evening of catching up on work after my computer flaked out completely at work this afternoon - and now my home wifi is playing up. Oh well... at least I made it to my favourite circuit class at lunchtime (sorry I am turning into an exercise bore!).
