Pigeon

Pichones a la Toledana (Aromatic Pigeons). Cooked with sherry, sherry vinegar, onion and whole cloves of garlic. Served with baked aubergine slices and home made, double-fry chips.

The weather prevented us from going out to find a more photogenic 500th, so I stayed in and cooked. It was delicious!
