Another one, quite unexpected for me. I must have forgotten to check the weather app. I stepped out the office to find myself in 40C.

The storm has rolled in, wind and rain and another leak in my kitchen. Funny enough we had a roofer out today who fixed that part of the roof, resulting in a much bigger leakage. Should I pay the invoice?
