City winter

Visited downtown Tampere today (because the insurance company has closed their local office) and walked to the rapids while I was near. With the temperature at about +2°C, it didn't look or feel much like January. A further proof of that was that for the first time ever I saw tarmac being laid at this time of the year (in the extra).
