I was hoping to get some shots of the Airbus refuelling tanker that had been doing training circuits at the airport today but I found out that a hole had been discovered in the main runway.  At the moment I’m not sure why, but shortly after I found this out this Cargolux Boeing 747 cargo plane landed on the very same runway.
 
Either the hole must have been very small or the Cargolux flight really needed to stop for a break.  The ground crew at the airport were all over the runway before and after this big guy landed.
