Apocalypse shed

Claire's away to a 2-day teacher's conference in Glasgow. Angus is taking a day off from studying. I'm locked in my garret rewriting a grant application.

Still, I found time to empty the compost bin and thought that the fally-down-shed had sunk a bit closer towards the centre of the earth. I wish I had a time lapse of this shed over the past 20 years - it would encapsulate so many of the changes here.

I bulked out the left over stir fry with more veg, a full chilli and last weekend's venison. Yum. Then Angus and I settle down to Apocalypse Now. It was way better than I remember it - Angus used superlatives too. What a cast! I'd forgotten that Harrison Ford was in it. And Dennis Hopper - playing himself ;)
