Filling the fuel tank

In Venezuela to fill a tank of gas with 40 liters has a price of Bs. 3.64.
The cost of filling the same tank in Europe could has a cost of Euros 55.00.
If the Euro is trading at Bs. 11.90 in Venezuela, this means that filling the tank costs around 31 cents of Euro. Therefore, with a tank of gasoline purchased in Barcelona, ??Spain, we could fill about 177 tanks in Venezuela or what is the same, we could fill the tank weekly for three years and some months.

In the other hand, one bottle of mineral water has the same price than one tank full of gas.

This is an issue that makes me think every time I visit Caracas. I share it in today's blip in the context of the tragedy of the venezuelan refinery in Amuay.
