Seville Orange Curd.

I have made a slight error...It's Seville Orange time and I was getting quite excited about making this year's batch of marmalade. I ordered the oranges from the local Farmshop ( they got them in specially for me) and had put sugar on my shopping list.

Mr CFJ looked at me in that way that husbands do....( why has she bought a kilo and a half of oranges?? There are still at least four jars left from last year.....)

So, rather than turn into my mother ( who was a keen collector of preserves!), I made some Seville Orange Curd.

Now.....what to do with the remaining kilo.....?
