Plants + Rain = Green

A Summer deluge
Drenches the earth quenches the plants
Sustaining all life

I don't know why but yesterday just got busy and I didn't pick up the camera.  I didn't even feel inclined to do an emergency blip.The activity meant I wasn't tempted to turn on the T.V and be confronted by you know who.  In the stormy evening we went to visit friends from long ago who live in these parts and spent a pleasant evening  catching up on the years.  Today friends from Blenheim drove through the rain to have lunch with us and see our new abode.
