Skating

Thanks to the volunteers from the local fire brigade our small town has this ice field on the football patch of the lido (see extra for a different perspective). . What they do is do divert some water of the nearby stream and creating a 40 cm deep pool, which freezes much quicker than the big lake.

We went there just after breakfast and were alone, except a family with some kids. Was a good feeling to do a few rounds on the ice.
