La la land

After a leisurely breakfast, we took a leisurely walk up to St Leonard's, just short of 2 miles.

St Leonard's is now a really vibrant hip place to shop and live. When I lived in Hastings I wouldn't have gone near the area after dark!!!

We had a wander around the shops before meeting Gilly at the cinema (small trendy/boutique type) and we watched La La Land. We all cried at the end! It was a lovely film, so I thought. Casablanca is now on my to watch again list.

Afterwards we went to the love cafe for a bite to eat before heading off to the pub!
