Cutting

More woodwork, this time a bathroom cupboard. Oak jointed and glued overnight, then today sanded, cut to size and slots routed out to take the shelf supports. It's remarkably therapeutic taking a big but of wood and turning it into smaller pieces, especially from the warmth of a log cabin workshop, with the radio on in the background and a coffee on the side.

Bliss! However it couldn't last all night, we decided that as we're not drinking we'd go out for dinner and use the car. So into the big smoke of Loughbough (the first time in three years I think) and we tried out the Wards End Bisto. Run by some buddies of ours and opening in December, it was super.
