Water jump

My daughter braved her first fell race today. A real toughie and one a bit beyond her current fitness but she refused to quit and even sprint finished! This was her leaping the stream for the first lap. Her brother had walked through it rather than risk a muddy face plant!

I went out later and knocked even more off my 5 k time for the year. Night off tomorrow ;-)
