Dark Days

American is great and it looks pretty beautiful to me.  

I don't see the carnage, gangs, rapists and rusted out factories everywhere I go like DJT spoke about in  his mocking, belligerent inaugural address.  It resembled an extended tweet. His America is one of  wreckage, a vision of betrayal and decay. The speech was a post-apocalyptic movie script. 

On the bright side, I got a kick out of  Toby Keith singing beer songs in front of the Lincoln Memorial.  I bet Lincoln was saying to himself,  "This the second worst entertainment I have ever been to."
