The birthplace of Welsh rugby

This is to comemmorate the 150th anniversary of the first competitive game of rugby in Wales, between St David's College [now the University of Wales Trinity Saint David] and Llandovery College.
From the adjacent plaque:
In honour of Rowland Williams, Vice-President of Saint David's College 1850-1862 who introduced the game of rugby to Wales.
Unveiled 23rd March 2016 as part of the 150th anniversary celebrations.
