In order to fit in my run this morning, I needed to go very early so it wasn't quite light! 
I was saved by this bobble hat, or rather my ears were. Ideally I should just buy myself a balaclava and be done with it!
It has been a day of digging deep to get stuff done.
I don't care that it's only 5.30pm I am now declaring it that time and pouring myself a glass of wine.
