He Ain't Heavy

All good things must come to an end and today was the end of our good thing. We packed our bags and Grandma and Grandad took us to Palma for lunch with Aunty Nicola and the gang. They're in a lovely new apartment with a fab pool so we had some paella then cooled off in the pool before heading to the airport. These are Miss A and Little D's gorgeous cousins, Dilan and Leni. We don't get to see them nearly enough and the kids take such huge leaps in between each visit it's hard to keep up sometimes, but they all get on really well, even if Dilan is a few years older than the others.

More sad goodbye's and off we flew, glancing back at the island as the plane headed north. The flight was great in that Little D slept almost instantly for almost the duration of the flight. Miss A was very well behaved too, thankfully. We arrived back in Edinburgh to a dark and damp night but not cold at least. We picked up our suitcase but our buggy had been taken by someone else and in it's place was a similar one but with a wonky wheel - thanks very much guys!

Despite us being sad that the holiday's come to an end it was lovely to see our wee house again and the kids were full of smiles and jumping around when they saw their bedroom and toys. Home Sweet Home.
