Our last day walking and in the restaurant tonight they asked if we enjoyed the 'post card" weather. It was sunny and incredibly clear today.

We caught a post bus down from Saas Fee to Stalden and from there a funny little cable car up to Gspon. Then it is a fantastic 5-6 hour walk back at high level to Kreuzboden cable car and back to Sass Fee. Great views all the time you are not looking at you feet due to the occasional exposure.

This blip revisits one from last week with the path, the red and white waymarks and the mountains. I love my new 17-40 mm lens which has been great for landscapes and this holiday, but things can look so far away (especially on 17mm). This time I used the 105mm macro lens to try to compress the perspective and bring the mountains nearer. It was so bright today I was able to shoot at f20 to keep a big depth of field.
