Saying Goodbye

Another funeral today, a lady who I admired from when I was first married and moved to Brigham, she was part of everything that was going on and along with her mother opened her house to hold coffee mornings for charities etc.
I got to know her again closely recently as after my accident I was sharing community transport with her to get back from Friendship and Gardeners Clubs.
I normally do a B&W picture in memory of people but as I know she was such a flower and gardening lady I just had to leave it coloured.
Been lovely knowing you over the past 40+ years Joan, the village will not be the same without you. xx
