Is it tea?

A gift arrived in the post from son M who spent Christmas in Aus.

On the back  of the packet it says :- 
We sort the beans, removing any sticks, stones or metal that may have arrived from the plantation. We lightly roast the beans to develop the flavour. We crack the beans to reveal the nibs and the winnow them to remove the delightful husk. We sieve the husk to end up with our Cacao Tea.
One teaspoon per person in a large teapot. Add boiling water. Brew for 5 -7 minutes, stir, strain and enjoy.

It's not unpleasant but is it tea?  "Loose Husk Drink" does not sound so appetising
