Psychedelic emergency

I was out for my first run of the year today. It was OK apart from the lung-bursting ascent to to top of Arthur's Seat.  I was only passed by one other runner but she had at least 20 years and 6 stone advantage!  The competitive* season begins on 18 March so I need to get out running much more often.   On today's run I ran (literally!) into an ex-colleague  - the second time in a few days!
