Do they mean in a Religious sense?

I keep seeing this sign as I take Amélie into Clydebank, often as I'm taking her around to her Great Grandmother's. It makes me smile, the idea of dogs being exercised.

I took her around today as Joni was out working tonight. The poor wee soul was tired and was really just wanting to go to her bed, but my Gran had been feeling a wee bit down yesterday so I was keen for her to see the wee one's face, it always cheers me up. So after plenty of fussing around from family to 'control' her tears and tiredness, I got her fed, home and into bed.

We had some pasta when Joni got in, and watched Burnistoun.
