Ummm... bit of a blip

Been away on my hols for a couple of weeks and prior to that a week of mad rushing around type activities so have had a bit of a 'blip' break.

How apt it was today then to find a canal barge with this name outside the infamous 'mugs' cafe. It was a sign from above - I needed to get with it, sort out the holiday snaps, up load and join the blipaholics once more.

A lovely ten mile cycle followed by an hours run - should start to shed those extra pounds.
