Hellebore

This pretty pink hellebore is a new addition to a rather empty patch of earth in my front garden. My original Harrington 'double pink' is not in flower yet but the buds were already open when I bought this plant. 

Daffodil shoots are well up but it will still be a number of weeks before there are any signs of buds. I spotted one of my neighbours cutting his grass yesterday .... just a light trim he said! I'll give that activity a miss at the moment.
