What a difference the night makes....

....and some lights, I should add.

This is one of my favorite views in Moscow, I keep promising to myself to spend some time and take proper pictures of this structure, it's marvelous, full of engineering treasures. This is Krymski Bridge, part of the Garden Ring - main circle road in Central Moscow.

Stopped to take it 200 meters away from the spot where I took my blip on the 27 Jan - some difference.

The river looks quite dramatic with all this crashed ice floating. Taking this picture I could actually hear the clings and clungs of ice sheets against the river bank and each other. Felt cold even on the embankment - I did not want to drop my phone in that river...
