BURN IT!

We've been working flat out every spare day we've had, during December and January getting house we rent sorted for the next tenants. The previous (scumbag) tenant left the place a complete mess after 9 months not paying the rent...  Not happy days for Jacqui & me, seeing the house we spent so much effort renovating and wonderful years living there, in such a sad state.
