Cooking Class

Cooking lesson with my 8th grader today - part of his history curric. The recipes were from the Colonial period (apparantly). He did pretty good, messy but good :0) Corn & potato chowder (sounds gross, actually tasted good), ham with cherry sauce and an apple crisp.

Took this while we were working on the apples and thought I'd try the black & white with colour thing...a bit shabby around the edges, guess I need to practise this a little but I'm fairly pleased with it.
