Clean dog

Lie in this morning before emptying the car of unused dive kit. J took Kilda to fly ball and I managed another 10K run, fastest this year but I managed to get a large blister on the bottom of my left foot. Came back to get a batch of lentil soup made before J came home. Took Kilda out fro a run in the park and started on another batch of soup before bathing Kilda. Ironing tonight in front of the TV. Here she is in her robie drying off. Not a spoilt dog at all
