With my eyes already peeled for glass and ice the burnt remains of a bin were easy to spot. Most of it was stuck to the path quite firmly with melted plastic so I Clarenced it. Later, on another path, a large branch and winterfeast tree were similarly obvious even in the dark and easier to hoick out if the way, which no-one else had yet seemed inclined to do.
