August Wood

By August the woods behind my home is thick and lush and this year is no exception. Nature seems to have recovered quite nicely from TS Irene which was one year ago today. Many trees snapped in half or down altogether. The trees left standing were almost bare, most of their leaves ripped off from the extreme wind & rain.
