Phoenix Rising

Not quite a Phoenix but an old bulding by the Gloucester/Sharpness canal which was derelict and then set on fire by an arsonist. It was a mess and I would have thought it would be demolished and a modern structure built in it's place.
However, the emphasis in Gloucester is for restoration and renovation so it has obviously been surveyed and found to be sound in walls and metal girders of the roof.
I have no idea what is in those large plastic containers but I would guess some liquid for cleaning the brickwork etc. If anyone has any other ideas I'd be interested.
I'll be keeping an eye on this building (photo taken from the relatively new bridge over the canal).
