Predictability: Does the flap of a butterfly's wings in Brazil set off a tornado in Texas? (Lorenz 1972)

The butterflies are out and about - tortoiseshells on the flowers and red admirals on the plums. Dull and humid today, but I've been clearing around and in the fruitcages. The 'master' has gone off, cheese sandwich and maltloaf for sustenance, in pursuit of a quay and sunset, not necessarily at the same time.
We're off to Spain for a week on saturday - ryanair tickets brought in a moment of despair over the weather! A night in Girona and then we head off to Cadaques. The baggage allowance looks very small - camera, toiletries and a few smalls and that's it!!
