Not Him Again!

I truly didn't want to blip the back of Mr P again but the sudden shaft of light through the trees was too good to miss.
Woke up to see there had been heavy overnight rain leaving dense fog.
This was a shame as l'd planned to do an early morning walk before driving over to see my friend Elaine. Her husband has just come out of hospital after eight weeks.
So l drove to Ilkley to buy some cakes and flowers then went straight to see them.
How different their house looked with a bed downstairs and a wheelchair but Steve was so pleased to be home after missing Christmas, his 70th birthday and wedding anniversary while he had been in hospital.
I got home early afternoon to find Rebecca and Mr P having a cuppa and a catch up as it was her day off.
After she had gone we fitted in a quick walk on very muddy tracks but the fog had gone and we were treated to an hour of late sunshine.
Just going to drive Mr P to his coaching session and then pick him up two hours later so it's a late dinner.
Then an early night as we are getting the train to London tomorrow for the day.
Obviously we booked this before we knew Mr P was having the operation on his hand but it should all work out okay.
